SupportTrio is an integrated support solution that effectively manages and controls your support traffic. SupportTrio allows you to easily track, manage, and respond accurately to your visitor’s support queries. It eases your support load and provides better support management. The user and the visitor can track and update support tickets through a centralized location.

Ticketing avoids the inherent confusion and pitfalls of email support. The ticket are archived and can be accessed at a later date.

Supports email piping & numerous POP authentication methods. Setup any number of email addresses to be parsed. Each email can have a different set of filters and a catch-all filter. Allows opening tickets by email (if you choose) and allows email – email communication (IE: Both sides using their own email clients while SupportTrio logs all of the emails/ticket posts for future reference) SupportTrio includes a full-fledged knowledge base with all the features you would look for including unlimited category depths and unlimited article capabilities.

Satellite Desks - Setup separate help desks that only will display the departments, kb articles, and other information that you choose for each desk.

Registration Optional - Unlike many other help desks you decide what requirements if any must be met before a user can open a ticket. You can set it to no registration required which will allow anyone to open tickets without having to go through the hassle of registering. You can have the system set to have registration required so that all users must register before submitting a ticket. Or you could allow both. So the users that do not wish to register do not have to. And the users wishing to register can do so as well and use the benefits of having a registered account.

Admin User Privileges - Set users with specific permissions on what they can/can not do in the software along with specific departments they have access to.

Spam Filtering & Spam Learning - SupportTrio will conduct spam filtering using a number of areas/points of each email. You can set what it should check and when to declare it spam. SupportTrio also will ready any X-Spam headers to have even more of a spam filtering impact. Mark tickets as spam and the system will adapt to your needs to put similar messages in your spam page for the future.

Knowledgebase - SupportTrio includes a full-fledged knowledge base with all the features you would look for including unlimited category depths and unlimited article capabilities. Term definitions/glossary, advanced searching, and a article approving system.

Unique Settings For Each Department - Set different email confirmations, from addresses, and other settings for each department.

Troubleshooter - Allow your users to go through a troubleshooter where you specify what options are available along with comments for each step of the troubleshooter.

Port Scanner/Up-Time - With the built in port scanner you can specify any number of servers and any type of ports for each server to scan at a regular interval. This allows you to have a page with your server’s ports statuses. IE: telnet is up but smtp is down. If you do not need this feature or any other feature you can simply disable it.

Customizations - Easily customize your template and even modify the code (such as ticket id format, etc.)

ModernBill Integration - SupportTrio allows fully integrated public side ModernBill integration. No programming and hacking of files necessary. Set two values and place a small number of files into your ModernBill directory.

Beyond a Standard Help Desk - SupportTrio moves beyond your standard help desk. With such features as a comprehensive calendar, to-do list, email users, and more SupportTrio helps you or your teams collaborate and work effectively.

Real-Time Operator Tracking - When anyone logged into SupportTrio is either viewing or responding to that ticket, a status bar displays itself at the bottom of the screen. This is seen while you are viewing a tickets details. When you visit the Ticket list page, any ticket that is currently being worked on displays an eye icon notifying which user is currenty working on which tickets.
